After a very busy few weeks at work I finally took some time out for lunch today. Camera in hand and really missing Project 365 I ventured out to find an interesting shot for today.

Stephen Avenue is always a great place to take pictures so that's where I went and that's where I found "blink restaurant & bar". I've never eaten here and to be quite honest I didn't pay any attention to the decor inside but I'm thinking it's probably worth checking out sometime.

Due to extreme weather conditions (i.e. freezing cold) we really weren't able to spend any amount of time outside for photos on Jen & Carlos' wedding day. We did however manage to come out with a few good shots. This one I've chosen to share with you is my favorite.

One word to describe this photo - FREAKY! Just look into the eyes of the skeletons; so scary. This gruesome couple are actually a Halloween ornament on my friend Michelle's kitchen table. Interesting fact about Michelle that I didn't know...she loves Halloween.

Today while I was at Eau Claire Market taking photos for the United Way Fun Walk & Run I heard bag pipes in a distance. As I made my way back to the office I found out where the mesmerizing sound was coming from.

Today I experienced studio lighting for the first time. I only had about 12 - 15 minutes to spend with our bride & groom Ashley and Dave during class so you can imagine how happy I was with the result. I absolutely LOVE this photo!
